Air Fryers are now a common kitchen appliance in most homes especially to those who are following some diet programs like for those on keto diet or low fat diet programs. Ofcourse being a foodie, I wanted to experience too, this trending “guilt-free cooking method” . They say that you will only use a little oil and yet your food will be as tasty and crispy as same as those from traditional deep-fat fryers.
There are lots of different brands, shapes and sizes for Air fryers now in the market, from the most high end expensive ones likes Philips , Tefal, Ninja, Black+Decker etc. but there are also cheap ones.

In my opinion , I think the brands isn’t a big thing as long as you know what you will cook and how you will cook on it! Air frying functionality operates on the same concept and that is by using a highly concentrated heat source and powerful fan that moves the hot air around inside the oven to crisp and create a nice fried finish!
Luckily, I was able to purchased a cheaper priced Air fryer from Noon. (for only 99AED!) I got it on a special day promo price . I think it was originally priced at around 130AED to 150AED for this model.

So let’s try to see if it will really work for me. My challenge for my self is to make some interesting recipe aside from those frozen -ready to cook food like fries, nuggets , hotdogs etc..that we buy in supermarket and cooked it on an air fryer!
