AFR#1-Crispy Pork Belly KareKare

Hello once again readers! As I said previously that I will share to you my very first air fried recipe using the Air Fryer . Here it is…CRISPY PORK BELLY KARE KARE . Read on for the step by step instructions below and the video .

But before we start, here are some tips to make your pork belly meat crispier and even the vegetables.

  • For the air fryer cooking make it sure that there are enough space between the meat so there will be enough space to circulate the air heat .
  • You may put a baking paper or foil punched with holes before you put the meat on the air fryer pan so that the meat will not stick directly and it will be easier for you to flip or turn the meat at the half way of cooking.
  • Make it sure that you have to time the turning or flipping of the other side of the meat at the halfway of your cooking. Let us say the total cooking time is 20 minutes, so after 10 minutes you have to open the air fryer to turn the meat to the other side then put it back and continue cooking for another 10 minutes to evenly cook it.
  • You may also air fry the vegetables like the eggplant and the french beans but for a shortest possible time (approx. 5 mins. only) and make it sure to spray it with little oil too!
  • A quick pan roast /stir fry works best too! You will need only a little spritz of oil in the pan and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure the crispiness of the vegetables.
  • For added flavor and aroma, you may add a sliced onion to the pan while you are quick stir frying the vegetables.
