Tiche was lucky to have been invited (by the owner last February 2021) as a prime guest in this hidden nature resort situated at the south of Manila, in the municipality of Alfonso, province of Cavite. Just an hour or two hours (1 -2 ) maximum drive from Manila will take you to TIERRA MONTEPHINE !
Tierra Montephine is a family vacation house and farm situated in the vast forests of Alfonso, Cavite. It is also one of the top B&B or Inns that you can find in Cavite. Alfonso is a quiet and peaceful town just close to Tagaytay City so their ” nature vibe ” is somewhat similar. As soon as you arrived at the resort you will be seeing and be welcomed by the lushed green gardens of Tierra Montephine. Braced yourself for some fun and thrill of passing through the hanging bridge (one of the iconic spot of the resort) which will lead you to the main resort of Tierra Montephine. The humming and the pleasing sounds of the birds as you walk and seeing the palm trees of the surrounding is very relaxing. Its scenery is like audibly and visually made for a perfect landscape.

Aside from appreciating and indulging on the astonishing great view of the resort, you can do a lot of fun activities too. They have 2 swimming pools, one is the big infinity pool for adults and the other one is the kid’s pool. Their swimming pool , although it is man-made , you will notice that there is no chlorine smell on its water. The pool is really like a small natural body form of water since its main source is from the stream just outside the resort! Awesome right?!
The same goes for their man-made lake which they also made with flowing natural water from the stream and so the guest can enjoy for a boating activity. Also adding fun to your water activities , you can go down the stream where the source of clean water is from, and enjoy the mini-waterfalls they created.
There are a lot of cottages around where you can stay away from the direct heat of the sun while relaxing and viewing the area or if you prefer for a sunbathing and want to get some tan, there are a lot of lounge beds and benches too!
They have a very spacious pavilion which also serves as their multi-function hall, where you can have your group meetings or family gatherings and celebrations.
You can enjoy playing basketball,table tennis, billiards and even go for a zip line.
With all the Tierra Montephine’s astonishing scenery and a naturally “in-a- paradise feeling” ambience, surely , this resort is a travel bucket list worthy!
